At the moment we offer shipping only within Canada and the USA.

At Corglow, we strive to process and ship out your order as fast as we can. All orders are shipped via various shipping companies. A shipping notification email will be sent to your email address when your order has been shipped. It may take up to 24-48 hours for the tracking number to show up on our carrier systems after we've shipped out your
order.

Please ensure the shipping and billing information are complete, valid, and correct. Missing or inaccurate information may cause processing delays. If the shipping address is a P.O. box, please ensure the P.O. Box accepts parcel deliveries. If you live in a building with locked front doors and no concierge or security at the front desk to accept the package, please provide buzzer code to get into the building. If courier cannot get into the building, packages may be left unattended.

After your order is placed, it may take 1-3 business days to fulfill, pack and ship your order. Our delivery partners may require one additional business day to process the package after it has been shipped. Please note, depending on the season, postal services may experience some delays. 

Please note, Corglow is not responsible for packages that are:

• Damaged, lost or stolen in the course of delivery by the carrier 

• Delayed due to examination by local customs office

• Refused by local customs office

• Delayed due to delivery carrier peak seasons (Holidays, etc.)

• Delayed/returned due to incorrect and/or incomplete addresses

• Delayed/returned due to being unclaimed by the recipient

To have the returned item re-sent, you would need to cover full shipping cost.
