We understand that occasionally you may need to return a product, and we are here to assist you with that process. To initiate returns please read our return policy to understand our guidelines and procedures.

Return Eligibility:

• Only new, unused and unopened products in their original condition and packaging are eligible for return.

• Items purchased on sale or with a discounted price are not eligible for return.

Return Process:

• To initiate a return, please fill out the form below within 15 days from the delivery date.

• Provide your email, order number and the product list that you are returning.

• We will get back to you with the pre-paid shipping label and the total expected refund amount.

Return Packaging:

• Please ensure that the item(s) being returned are in the original packaging (including instructions if applicable) and securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process the refund and you will receive an email notification regarding the refund. Banks may take a few additional days to process refund on their end. For credit card related refunds, credit will usually appear back onto your statement within 7-14 business days. 

• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, minus shipping charges, and any applicable deductions. 

Non-Returnable Items:

• If the returned items are used, seal broken or without its original packaging, refund will not be granted. Customer can choose to have the products ship back to them with additional shipping charges, otherwise we will discard the products. Any returns will be discarded immediately without contacting us prior to the return. 

• All sales items are final (including purchases with discount code or promotions), it cannot be returned, exchanged or credited).

Return Shipping Charges:

• All returns will incur a shipping charge, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

• In case you would like to return some items and the total of your original order amount falls below $75 after the return, both the original shipping charge and the return shipping charge will be deducted from the refund. For example if your original order was $100 and you are returning $50 worth of products your order would no longer qualify for free shipping and you will get charged for the original shipping cost that we paid to ship the order to you. Which could be $10-$20 depending on the province.

• In case of any refusal on delivery, actual shipping & return charge will be deducted during a refund ( including orders eligible for free shipping). Please ensure you are able to accept the package during the estimated delivery time frame. Orders require delayed shipping service, simply leave us a note on your order during your check out process.

• If the order is returned back to us due to incorrect shipping address, actual original shipping & returning charge will be deducted during a refund. Please ensure to provide the correct shipping address to avoid any unnecessary charges for your order. If you noticed an incorrect shipping address after placing your order, email us ASAP so we can process is under the correct address.

• If a customer decided to return the full order, actual original shipping charge will be deducted during a refund. If the order was paid with $12.00 minimum shipping charge, there will be additional shipping charge deducted to cover the actual initial shipping cost. 

• First Time Customers. If the customer decided to cancel the entire order before the actual shipping of their order, there will be a 11% processing fee deducted during a refund. Please ensure you are committed to your order as all credit card companies no longer refund their processing fees ( to us) once your payment has gone through. If you simply need to modify your order please contact us ASAP before your order is packed for shipping.

• All sales items are final (including purchases with discount code or promotions), it cannot be returned, exchanged or credited).

• Please note that, there are no price adjustments on previous purchases. We do not offer exchange services. If any items require credit, it will be issued in the form of discount code for future usage.

Skin Reactions

• Please note that refunds or returns will not be accepted due to any allergic reactions or adverse skin conditions that may occur from using the products we sell. It is always recommended to review the ingredients list and perform patch testing before using a new product.
